01.Solo Dog Walks
Our solo dog walks are perfect for dogs who prefer one-to-one attention, need a calmer environment, or require tailored care. Each walk is adapted to your dog’s individual pace, personality, and needs, providing dedicated exercise, enrichment, and companionship. With Ellie & Fir, your dog enjoys a safe, stress-free experience and plenty of personal attention every step of the way.
02.Group Dog Walks
Our group walks give dogs the chance to exercise, explore, and socialise with carefully matched walking companions. We offer a choice of exciting forest walks, where dogs can enjoy nature and plenty of enrichment, familiar local walks around your dog's usual neighbourhood, or secure field sessions that provide a safe, enclosed space to run, play, and socialise. Every group walk is supervised with your dog’s safety, enjoyment, and wellbeing at the heart of the experience.
03.Puppy Care
We offer specialised puppy care services that include puppy walks and drop-ins, perfect for new owners or those needing extra support. We are dedicated to nurturing your puppy with basic obedience training, abundant patience, and lots of love, so you can feel assured that your puppy is in caring hands while you're away.
04.Home Visits
Our drop-in visits provide flexible care for dogs who need a little extra attention during the day. Whether it's feeding, toilet breaks, playtime, companionship, or administering routine care, we tailor each visit to your dog's individual needs. We cater for puppies who require regular check-ins, as well as senior dogs who benefit from comfort, and extra reassurance in their own home.
05.Dog Sitting
For our dog sitting services, we stay in your home to maintain your dog's normal routine. We provide attentive, personalised care, including feeding, walks, playtime, companionship, and plenty of affection throughout our stay. Whether you have an energetic young dog, a puppy who benefits from consistency, or a senior dog who thrives in familiar surroundings, we ensure they receive the highest standard of care and attention, giving you complete peace of mind while you're away.

Walk types:
Standard walks:
Tailored walks in your local area, providing dogs with exercise, mental stimulation and opportunities to explore familiar surroundings.
Adventure walks:
Enrichment-focused walks in local woodlands and natural spaces, offering dogs the opportunity to explore, sniff and enjoy a more stimulating environment.
Secure field walks:
Walks in a privately hired, fully enclosed field, allowing dogs to enjoy safe off-lead exercise, freedom to explore, and plenty of space to play and decompress.
Adventure and secure field walks are offered on selected days and are subject to availability.

All services include a free initial meet & greet, fresh water refill, a towel dry where needed, and photo updates following walks and visits. All walks are tailored to your dog's age, fitness level, and individual needs.

We'll get in touch for a friendly chat about your dog, your requested services and any questions you may have.
3. Free meet & greet
Before any services begin, we'll meet you and your dog so everyone feels comfortable, confident, and ready for adventure.
4. Complete your onboarding
We'll send over our onboarding forms and service agreement so we have everything we need to provide safe, personalised care for your dog.
5. Welcome to Ellie & Fir!
You're all set! We can now go ahead with your booking, and if you've chosen to receive them, we'll keep you updated with photos and videos from your dog's time with us.

How do I book a walk?
Please complete the booking enquiry above and we will be in touch to organise a meet & greet with yourself and your dog. After the meet & greet, we will confirm your booking.
Do you offer home boarding?
Not yet! However, we are exploring the possibility of expanding our services to include home boarding. We will update this page once services are available.
How do I get involved in the community?
The Ellie & Fir Community is a work-in-progress, but coming very soon! Please register your interest on our Community page, and we will keep you updated with our progress.
We welcome all ideas, big or small, and any wild or wonderful suggestions on how to make the Community work for you!
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Please let us know as soon as possible if your booking no longer works. For any cancellations more than 48 hours prior to the booking, we will cancel free of charge. If you cancel between 24-48 hours prior to the booking, we will require payment of 50% of the booked service fee, and for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the booking, we will require payment of the full service fee.
